@ The Spotted Pig a great hangout and a joint for food enthusiasts (New York, US)

The spotted pig is a award winning restaurant located in the West Village in New York and also one of our place's to go when in NYC. Last year it had its 10-year anniversary and for restaurant/pub in the big apple it is a sign of really good quality. This place does not only offer good food but the atmosphere that the spotted pig have been able to create is why we return time after time. It is really a chillaxed place perfect for eating, meeting friends, drinking beer and people watching. Best of all they have a no-reservation policy that is kind of unique for the city.

On the menu they have one Burger "Chargrilled Burger with Roquefort Cheese & Shoestring Fries" and this is not your typical burger. It requires fine-tuned taste buds, because you will most likely not expect the flavors that will be hitting your way. With that said the quality, presentation and the fries that comes with this burger tells you why they have been winning awards. 

If you want a real gourmet burger then this is the burger you definitely want to try if not and you just want to bring a date to a good place, you are on vacation and want to try somewhere special then you now know where to GO! 

And after the visit you just have to visit the Magnolia bakery, just a few blocks away =)

@ 5 Napkin Burger, Fancy a burger and chillaxed atmosphere?? (New York and Miami, US)

The first place to visit every time we set foot in The Big Apple.

If you are looking for a place just to hang back, watch people, drink good beer and just have a tasty burger the 5 Napkin Burger in Hell's Kitchen is the place to be! (Yes, I have tried all 3 in NY and the one in Miami too but this one beats them all).

When in New York this is a Burger's & Co recommended place.

And the burger's, even if I am not a fan of thicker burgers 5 Napkin makes their cirka 280 gram (10 ounces) patty in such a good way that it does not feel thick or dry. And there are plenty of burger choices, tuna, veggie, turkey and off course beef, all equally good combined with a Brooklyn beers and some nice fine cut fries. Yummy!!

@ little big burger (Portland, OR, US)

A burger joint that delivers as all of Portland natural and local ingredients, that is delivered fresh daily.  The burger was a bit to thick even though the patty was 120 grams or 1/4 lb as they say on the other side of the puddle. Little big burger was/is really hyped but lacked that special juicy and tasty BOOM that makes you want to come back for more.

Positive, hats of for their "Camden catsup" ketchup that was tasty.

If you are in the Portland area and looking for a quick burger then this could be an option.

@ Toro Bravo Absolut perfection!! (Portland, OR, US)

If there is a time where you would talk about the perfect burger, then this is the time. Four years has passed and a lot of burgers in between, but the burger that is always on my mind is the Toro Bravo burger!!

All our friends in Portland talked about the Tapas at Toro Bravo so after several attempts to eat there spotaniously we finally made a reservation and thank you god that we did. This is a TAPAS PLACE! 

With the worlds biggest SECRET they have a burger on their menu and it is by far the best burger in the world.

Their House Bacon & Manchego Burger. romesco. pickled vegetables is THE most amazing burger I have ever tasted. Let keep it simple, I have no pictures of this burger of my own and you probably understand why =)

@ 50 Plates (Portland, OR, US)

UPDATE: 50 Plates is no longer........

On a date night me and my wife past by this modern looking pretty crowded restaurant and as we where walking by I saw this really nice burger that was just calling my name. And whoops we have a table and a the bruger is ordered.

200 grams of meat, swiss cheese and super crispy bacon. Sadly not the best burger that I have had the pleasure to eat, but the Devils chocolate cake that made us sugar high for days made up for the burger.

Fantastic that is all that you can say about this place. The Elephant offers a wide menu of food and it all tastes Fantastic!!

The burger is made with Natural Oregon Beef and perfectly cooked and juicy. The menu offers a couple of different burgers but the Fiery Feta and the Park both satisfy your burger needs!
